About William Robinson

I have specialized in the appraisal of apartments and mixed-use apartments since 1985, completing over 7,500 assignments. In addition, I've appraised condominium projects, single family attached developments, manufactured home parks and various commercial uses. My real estate related experience includes time as (1) a Senior Review Appraiser and Apartment Team Leader with Pacific First Bank, where I completed reviews of over three hundred multifamily appraisals, (2) a real estate broker (inactive since 1985) involved in property management, office leasing and condominium and multifamily sales, and (3) an owner/partner of five apartment buildings of 6 to 32 units in the Puget Sound area.
